The Examined Life

[Blog One: Sometime in later July....]
At least when summer gets boring you still have SUMMER HOMEWORK, right?!?!
Oh, summer homework, how I adore your bright yellow paper in the form of a very long packet describing all of the aweful things you are going to make me do this summer, and it doesn't help that you explain it using very much larger-than-average words. You have a history, you know? Kids throw you to the side of thier room and forget about you until either a few days before or a few days after summer ends. I attempted to take a chunk out of you today but it turns our when I was writing my outline for the two page essay you want me to write, I just ended up doodling a superhero. Thank you, summer assignment, for proving to me that I am no different than any other teenagers out there. I am just a lazy, teenage superhero.  (picture source: http://blog.mysanantonio.com/timewasters/files/2011/02/confessions_superhero.jpg)
